Tenant Application Instructions

Thank you for your interest in leasing with the Lapham Company! We hope you have had the opportunity to view the unit in person.

If you are ready to apply, please complete the following:

Confirm with Lapham Company Leasing Agent that the unit you are interested in is still available.
Share proof of income** and photo ID
Pay the $49.75 application fee
Properly completed applications will take priority and be processed on a "first come first serve" basis

Are you applying with multiple roommates, or are you a student* applying with a guarantor?
One applicant from the group will need to start the application process. At the end of their application, they will be instructed to enter in the names and emails of the additional applicants &/or guarantors. (It is the same application form) Those parties will then receive an email link to complete their portion of the application. 
Multiple applications that are not linked from the initial applicant will delay the processing of your application.

**Accepted proof of income:

3 most recent pay stubs
3 most recent bank statements
Offer letter (must be current within the month of application)
*Guarantors are only accepted for students. If you are a student, please provide proof of admission in the documents section of your application.
